A few weeks ago the San Diego Times Advocate had the Headline “San Diego will increase their water bills by 20%”.
That got my attention and I am sure yours. How will that affect our water bills and what is the reason behind these increases? We hear this and that from the politicians. What are the facts and reasons for these actions.
